If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you. Please note that, at this time, any merchandise purchased through our website can be returned for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refund back to the original payment method.

1. To be eligible for return, please make sure that you meet criteria below:

  • We have a 14-day return for exchange or store credit policy, which means all merchandise must be shipped back to us within 14 days of being received
  • The items must be unused, unworn, tagged with original tags with no markings or any type of damage. Merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received in, otherwise returns and exchanges will not be permitted
  • Any items returned with stains, pet hair, self tanner, altered, worn or distinct of scents such as perfume or deodorant, will not be processed
  • All items purchased on sale, or with a promo code can only be exchanged for a size based on availability, otherwise you will receive a store credit. We advise you contact us with the details prior to sending your item/s back.
  • All intimates are non-returnable (bodysuits, swim, lingerie items), so if you have any questions or need help with sizing please fill out the form on our Contact us page

2. Original shipping amount charged is non-refundable

3. We currently do not offer pre-paid return labels, therefore you are responsible for any return shipping charges

4. We make sure to inspect each item prior to packaging and shipping; however, if your item is received defective, damaged, or it's a wrong item, please notify us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you the best we can

5. After your order is placed, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Once your order ships a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with detailed tracking information

6. To start a return, you can fill out a contact form on our Contact Us page. Please include your contact details, order number and a brief description of why you are returning or exchanging your items. Once your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

7. We highly advise obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for the parcels that are lost en route back to us

8. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

9. Coveted Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit


In the event that an order may be cancelled during the fulfillment stage, we will unfortunately not be able to refund charges made as the process has already begun with our carrier
